The Somerset Celebration of Literature is a three day festival on the Gold Coast, bringing literature alive for students from Prep to Year 12. Over 30 authors from around Australia run interactive sessions and workshops for both students and adults. It’s a great opportunity to meet the authors, have your books signed and enjoy a festival dedicated to reading and writing.

Penguin authors at the event included Gus Gordon, Terry Denton, Christine Howe, Leah Giarratano and Steve Lochran among the many children’s and young adult authors in attendance and all ran successful sessions for the lucky attendees over the three days of the festival.
