Melina Marchetta comes to Penguin Teachers’ Academy

A best-selling and critically acclaimed author in more than twenty countries and in eighteen languages, her first novel, Looking For Alibrandi celebrates its 21st year of publication in 2013, many of those as a much loved classroom text.

Laura Gordon is an experienced senior English teacher
at St Joseph’s College, Geelong and holds a Masters in
Children’s Literature.
